Returns
- All returns must be authorized prior to shipment.
- All returns are permitted within 15 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. Returned merchandise will be accepted by Deaf Nation, Inc. only if the items are in resalable condition and subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- All return items must be shipped prepaid and contain the following information: Return authorization number, Packing list of items returned.
