You may order online using a major credit card, VISA, MC, Discover or AMEX. We also accept checks and money orders made payable to DeafNation.

Returns:
We guarantee your satisfaction with all DeafNation merchandise. You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping and handling charges). Contact us at info@deafnation.com for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. We WILL NOT accept any returns without a RMA number. There will be a restocking fee on some returned items (does not apply to defective items).

Please note that those items are not returnable if opened or used: Books, Magazines, DVDs, CDs and Videotapes. We will replace these items only if they are defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You must contact us for a RMA number at info@deafnation.com or we can not accept the return. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

Canceling Orders

Once you place an order, it cannot be canceled after one hour because your order would have already been shipped. But if you cancel your order within an hour after you placed your order, email info@deafnation.com and tell us your name and order number and we will cancel it before it gets shipped. If it’s past one hour, please follow the instructions under RETURN PROCEDURE.

Return Procedure:

  1. Customers must contact us within 30 days of the purchase to receive a RMA number by contacting info@deafnation.com.
     
  2. When contacting us please provide:

            · Original order number
            · Name of product being returned
            · Reason for return
            · Your name, daytime phone number, and e-mail address

  1. After we issue a RMA number to you, we must receive the return within 7 days. If we have not received the package within 7 days, then the package will be refused and no refunds are going to be issued.
     
  2. To receive a refund or replacement, the returned unit(s) must be in like-new condition with all packaging materials, accessories, manuals and UPC intact. Vendors require this material to accept returns from us. Components that are not returned with all items intact will result in the issuance of a prorated credit based on the cost of the missing items.

    VERY IMPORTANT: Write the RMA number on the shipping label.
     
  3. For your protection, please insure the package and use a shipping method that is "traceable" such as USPS, UPS, Airborne, DHL, or Federal Express.
     
  4. Unless we are at fault for sending the wrong merchandise or the item is defective, we do pay for return shipping.
     
  5. Please send the package to: DeafNation, PO BOX 762, Frederick, MD 21705-0762. We only accept US Priority Mail. If you want to use FedEX or UPS, please contact us first.

Shipping Rates & Procedure:

Shipping is made by USPS ground service. You should receive your orders within 7 – 10 business days. If your orders have been damaged in the shipping process, you must report them to info@deafnation.com within 5 business days after receiving.
